
Dr. Luke has been part of the Eye & Vision Care team since 2002. During graduate school at UC Berkeley he developed an interest in Specialty Contact Lenses and Ocular Surface Disease at several hospital based internships. He is an invited speaker on these and other topics.
In his free time enjoys spending time with his wife, Dr. Corby, and their two sons. Dr. Luke races mountain bikes locally with Team Platinum Performance. He has been awarded the Young Optometrist of the Year in 2005 and has served as President to the Tri-County Optometric Society.

Dr. Corby completed her doctoral training at the University of California Berkeley School of Optometry in 2002 and has been practicing in Santa Barbara ever since. She has volunteered and organized several philanthropic eye care health and science fairs in the community and with VOSH (Volunteer Optometric Services for Humanity). Dr. Corby provides family eye care, ocular disease treatment, infant and children eye exams, specialty contact lens fittings and vision therapy. In her leisure, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and loves being a mom to her two sons.

Dr. Nomura has built his practice on dedication to our patients and to the community. After graduating from U.C. Berkeley in 1975 with a degree in Neurobiology, Dr. Nomura went on to earn his doctorate from U.C. Berkeley School of Optometry in 1979. In his continuing education, Dr. Nomura has completed extensive training certifying him in ocular therapeutics. Dr. Namura and his wife have a son and daughter, now both college students.

Dr. Woods has been involved in eye care in Santa Barbara County for over 15 years. Dr. Woods earned her doctorate from Illinois College of Optometry in 1980 and practiced in the Midwest shortly before moving to Santa Barbara County. Dr. Woods has continued her training and is certified to treat eye disease and infection with appropriate medication.

Dr. Nichols completed her optometry degree at the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago in 2001. She practiced for a few years in the midwest before relocating to the central coast in 2004. Dr. Nichols has worked in a variety of practice settings and enjoys working with a variety of different patients. She is certified in the treatment of eye disease and infections related to contact lenses.
Dr. Gerald Groff: Although retired Jerry Groff plays an active role in the community. Dr. Groff's extensive career bridged generations. As a Goleta optometrist over the last 40 years he has cared for the eyes of many of the residents of the area. Dr. Groff attended Pacific University College of Optometry then served in the Army as an optometrist in France for 4 years. He is a native of Tacoma, Washington. He has been active in the community serving as the President of the Goleta Lions club.
