The customer service is wonderful

The customer service at Eye & Vision Care is wonderful.  I have been so impressed with everyone I've come into contact with there.  The front desk staff is very cordial and helpful, and someone is always quick to make sure you are helped.  I've forgotten the name of the young lady who did my initial tests, but she was very professional and friendly.My last exam was with Dr. Langsford; I liked him so much I took my 87 year old mother to see him as well.  In both cases, he was very patient and really took time both to examine our eyes and explain what he was seeing and answer our questions.  It was educational and interesting, and we felt like he really cared about what he was doing.When I went to select new glasses, Marcelo in the Optometry department was super helpful in asking questions about what I wanted and selecting options for me to choose from (I was overwhelmed by their selection).  I felt he really helped me select the best glasses for my needs as opposed to trying to up-sell me. I love my new glasses and really enjoyed my experiences here!  Would not go anywhere else.  Outstanding customer service.
